She quickly fell in love with the sport and her passion for horses led her to compete in various areas, displaying her dedication and love for the equestrian world. This passion wasn't confined to her alone, as it extended to her two daughters, creating a deep-rooted family connection to the sport.

Throughout her career, Nicole had the opportunity to work alongside top professionals in the industry, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of running a successful business. Over time, Nicole discovered her passion for teaching. In the early 2000s, she started Enrite Farm which has now grown into a premiere program. She has dedicated herself to mentoring and guiding numerous students to victories and championships across the country, including prestigious events such as the Junior Hunter Finals, Devon, Pony Finals, The National Horse Show, Pennsylvania National Horse Show, Capital Challenge, and Washington International Horse Show.

Demonstrating exceptional talent and dedication, she achieved remarkable success during her junior years. Noteworthy accomplishments include securing top rankings in the Junior Jumpers at the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF), Reserve Champion WCHR week at WEF in the Junior Hunters, and earning a commendable second place at Junior Hunter Finals. Notably, Jenny consistently achieved top three finishes in the Junior Hunters at prestigious National Finals such as Harrisburg, Washington International Horse Show, the National Horse Show, and Devon.

Throughout her formative years, Jenny had the privilege of training under the guidance of esteemed figures in the industry, including the likes of Linda Langmeier and Katherine Burdsall-Heller. Her quest for knowledge and love for horses also led her to pursue an internship with the renowned New England Equine Veterinary Clinic, further enriching her understanding of equine care and health. Transitioning into the professional domain, Jenny has continued to demonstrate her versatility and expertise by achieving top placings in multiple hunter divisions at prominent venues such as the Lake Placid Horse Show, the Winter Equestrian Festival, the Hamptons, and Old Salem. Her proficiency extends to competing at the National and Regional Grand Prix levels, underscoring her multifaceted capabilities as a rider.

Beyond her personal achievements, Jenny's passion for teaching has allowed her to share her wealth of experience and knowledge with her students. She has guided her students to earn top placings at National Finals, multiple wins, and championships at Junior Hunter Finals, Devon, and the Winter Equestrian Festival. Jenny's unique ability to draw from her own experiences as a competitor empowers her students to navigate the unpredictability of the show ring with confidence.
