Founder
Nicole's journey in the equestrian world began in the third grade in Greenwich, CT. She quickly fell in love with the sport and her passion for horses led her to compete in various areas, displaying her dedication and love for the equestrian world. This passion wasn't confined to her alone, as it extended to her two daughters, creating a deep-rooted family connection to the sport.
Throughout her career, Nicole had the opportunity to work alongside top professionals in the industry, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of running a successful business. Over time, Nicole discovered her passion for teaching. In the early 2000s, she started Enrite Farm which has now grown into a premiere program. She has dedicated herself to mentoring and guiding numerous students to victories and championships across the country, including prestigious events such as the Junior Hunter Finals, Devon, Pony Finals, The National Horse Show, Pennsylvania National Horse Show, Capital Challenge, and Washington International Horse Show.
Nicole's remarkable work ethic and unwavering commitment to success have set her apart in the equestrian community. Her dedication to continually improving her knowledge of the sport while prioritizing the well-being of the horses has been instrumental in her accomplishments. Nicole's influence and expertise as a teacher and businesswoman have made a lasting impact, earning her the respect and admiration of her peers and students alike. Today, Nicole works alongside her daughter, Jenny, as they continue to expand and nurture their business.

Jenny started her journey with horses at a very young age as she was immediately immersed in the equestrian world. It was within this environment that she discovered her shared passion for horses with her mother, Nicole. Nicole's guidance and mentorship were instrumental in Jenny's development as an equestrian. Demonstrating exceptional talent and dedication, she achieved remarkable success during her junior years. Noteworthy accomplishments include securing top rankings in the Junior Jumpers at the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF), Reserve Champion WCHR week at WEF in the Junior Hunters, and earning a commendable second place at Junior Hunter Finals. Notably, Jenny consistently achieved top three finishes in the Junior Hunters at prestigious National Finals such as Harrisburg, Washington International Horse Show, the National Horse Show, and Devon.
Throughout her formative years, Jenny had the privilege of training under the guidance of esteemed figures in the industry, including the likes of Linda Langmeier and Katherine Burdsall-Heller. Her quest for knowledge and love for horses also led her to pursue an internship with the renowned New England Equine Veterinary Clinic, further enriching her understanding of equine care and health. Transitioning into the professional domain, Jenny has continued to demonstrate her versatility and expertise by achieving top placings in multiple hunter divisions at prominent venues such as the Lake Placid Horse Show, the Winter Equestrian Festival, the Hamptons, and Old Salem. Her proficiency extends to competing at the National and Regional Grand Prix levels, underscoring her multifaceted capabilities as a rider.
Beyond her personal achievements, Jenny's passion for teaching has allowed her to share her wealth of experience and knowledge with her students. She has guided her students to earn top placings at National Finals, multiple wins, and championships at Junior Hunter Finals, Devon, and the Winter Equestrian Festival. Jenny's unique ability to draw from her own experiences as a competitor empowers her students to navigate the unpredictability of the show ring with confidence.

Sissy grew up in Westchester and started riding competitively at the age of 12. Following her graduation from high school, she enrolled at Wilson College and earned bachelor’s degrees in Equine Management and Equestrian Management, as well as minored in business. She distinguished herself academically by graduating magna cum laude and as the salutatorian of her class. During her time at college, she also participated in the IHSA, achieving regional and zone championships, and represented her team at Nationals in Open Fences as a freshman.
Under the guidance of Colonel Alfred Kitts, Sissy honed her skills in riding and training, following the teachings of Podhajsky and Littauer. She gained extensive experience working with green and challenging horses, excelling in dressage, combined tests, and cross-country riding. Additionally, Sissy had the opportunity to compete locally, securing tricolors at prestigious shows such as the Hampton Classic, Fairfield, Old Salem Farm, and HITS on both her own and client horses, with a primary focus on the hunters.
With over thirty years of teaching experience, Sissy has a wealth of knowledge for developing various types of riders. Since joining the team at Enrite Farm in 2013, she has taught individuals of all ages and levels of experience. Along with this, her exceptional organizational skills greatly contribute to the logistical aspects of the business. Her ability to manage office work and each horses’ foundational routine makes her an instrumental part of the team.

Cassidy began riding at a very young age however, it was at the age of 14 that she stumbled upon Enrite Farm, a place that would soon become the epicenter of her equestrian journey. There, she discovered her true love for horses and began to immerse herself in the world of competitive riding.
During her high school and college years, Cassidy seized the opportunity to learn as a working student, where she gained valuable insight into the equestrian industry. Under the guidance of Nicole, she developed her riding skills and expanded her knowledge of horsemanship. She competed in the hunters and jumpers, earning top placings at venues such as the Winter Equestrian Festival, Lake Placid, Vermont, and Old Salem.
After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Psychology, Cassidy transitioned into a professional career, devoting herself full-time to training and riding. She has been successfully teaching students of many different levels and ages. Aside from teaching, she continues to ride and compete, giving her the ability to see firsthand how her students need to adapt to the show ring. Her commitment to personal and professional growth exemplifies her drive to make a lasting impact in the equestrian community. As a key member of the team, her evolution as a rider and educator truly helps the students of Enrite Farm reach their goals.
